Reservation and Cancellation Policies: Rates have been discounted for advance reservations, AAA discounts, and are guaranteed until June 1. Rates apply to reservations only and may not apply to weekends, holidays, special events, conventions or travel agents. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Minimum stays may apply. Deposit required on all reservations with personal check, bank or postal money order in US Dollars. A one night non-transferable deposit is required on all rentals to confirm reservation and is applied to the first night's lodging. Deposits are required 7-10 days after reservation is made unless other arrangements are made. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Personal checks accepted only if received three weeks in advance. Return checks subject to $30 processing fee. Balance is payable upon arrival in cash, traveler’s checks, certified checks, money orders in US Dollars, or most major credit cards, AMEX not accepted. No personal checks on arrival. Confirmations will be held until 6 PM unless otherwise notified. Advance reservations are accepted with unit type, number of people, and dates clearly stated. The names of all persons occupying the unit will be required at the time of check-in. Any changes or misrepresentation upon arrival may void the entire reservation without refund. All reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, and causes and conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for event and special package changes, failure of others to perform, or acts of nature. Rate is based on number of persons occupying the unit and is subject to NJ state and local taxes. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is one free parking space per unit in our lot. Please park properly & display parking permit at all times while in lot. Refund Policy: No refund for any reason, including, but not limited to, early checkouts and no-shows. Exception: In case of cancellation, we will refund 75% of your deposit if notified 2 weeks before arrival date, otherwise no refunds. Unit preferences are accepted, however units are guaranteed by Type 1 through 5, not by specific unit number or floor. No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, or water guns allowed within the building. Bicycle racks are provided in our lot. Parental supervision in the pool area is required per state law for children under the age of 16. Sorry, No Pets. Not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
